This is a simply fabulous product! I'm often frustrated with dresses that are cut so low, I'm afraid to wear them without altering the neck line first! I'm one of those gals that prefers to wear black biking shorts under every dress, just in case. There are some things the rest of the world does not need to see! I know I try for every giveaway on Grosgrain, but this would be amazing!
